Our 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and covers product defects as well as errors by the manufacturer/supplier.
Requirements
Deadline: Claim must be asserted within 30 days of delivery.
Scope of application: Material or manufacturing defects, misprints, damaged delivery.
Not covered
Self-inflicted harm, e.g.:
Incorrect or unsuitable image selection by the customer
Incorrect order/arrangement of photos, layout or text errors supplied/selected by the customer.
Damage caused by improper use or storage
Dislike of the design, one's own images, or subjective perception of quality (e.g., "I don't like it").
Slight color variations may occur due to different display settings vs. print.

Review & Refund
We will review your case promptly based on the information provided.
If the fault lies with us, we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.
If necessary, we will request the return of the item or further evidence (return instructions will follow in our reply).
We will cover the costs of any return shipment requested by us, provided there is a product/manufacturer defect.

Please keep the product and packaging until the examination is complete.
The guarantee can be claimed once per order.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory warranty rights; these remain unaffected.
